What Is Kid Fortunes?

In short the Kid Fortunes system (alternatively known as the Moziah Kid Fortune system) promises to provide you with a super easy way to begin making lots of money online, even if you’re totally brand new & haven’t made so much as a single penny on the internet before.

The website promoting the system (accessible via the domain kidfortunes.com) states that you’ll be leveraging the exact same “secret” that a 9-year-old from Memphis named Moziah Bridges used to earn $150,000 online – hence the name Kid Fortune.

Kid Fortunes Income Claim

However what I can tell you right from the off is that’s not true…

Yes, Moziah Bridges did indeed start an online business when he was 9 years old, but there was no secret – and he is absolutely not affiliated with the Kid Fortune scam in any way shape or form… They’re just trying to latch onto his success to trick people into parting with their cash.

The same scammers also tried to latch onto another youngsters success with their New Plan Today system too.

And the reason they’re using this highly successful kids is because they’re trying to make you believe that the whole thing is super easy because they know if they can do that, you’ll be more likely to hand over your money.

They basically want you to think “if a kid can do it, I can do it too“… But don’t fall for it.

So what exactly did Moziah (the 9-year-old from Memphis) do to make all of his money?

Well basically he started a business selling bow-ties online… But it wasn’t by any means an overnight success. He started it way back in 2011 – he learned how to stitch bow-ties with the help of his mother & grandmother & he sold them online for between $15 to $50.

Admittedly his business has since gone on to do very well after he got a feature on Shark Tank – however as you can see there has been no “secret” to his success… He just found a gap in the market & took advantage of it.

But can the Moziah Kid Fortune system help you to cash in on any of this for yourself like it claims it can? Will you really find easy riches if you hand over $97 & sign up to Kid Fortunes? The answer is no, you won’t – and continue reading as I explain how it all works below to find out why…

How Does Kid Fortunes Work?

Basically the Kid Fortunes system is just a front for an extremely expensive training program named My Ecom Club. The training program costs over $1,997 and a survey discovered 85% of its members earned less than $500

So in short, in my opinion the My Ecom Club clearly isn’t a very good training program.

And that’s why all these “doorway websites” like the Kid Fortunes website have launched – because the My Ecom Club program has received a lot of negative reviews so its creator (Teo Vee) is trying to escape them by creating various sales pages under different names.

The Kid Fortunes system is just the latest one I’ve come across, but I’ve already exposed many others such as the Amazing Rapid Cash system, the New Plan Today system & the Online Innovations system.

They all push different sales pitches – but they all essentially promise easy riches, and they all “trick” their visitors into purchasing the My Ecom Club program for $97.

And in case you’re wondering the reason I use the word “trick” is because there’s absolutely no mention of the My Ecom Club system until you’ve actually handed over your cash. All the way up until you make your payment (which I don’t recommend doing) you’re led to believe that you’re buying the Kid Fortunes system… But that’s not true.

That’s why the sales page just refers to the product as “The Entire System” as shown below:

New Plan Today System Cost

And as I mentioned in my other reviews of the other doorway pages, the $97 fee is basically just an entry-fee. In reality that just gives you a taster (and more hyped up information) about the program, then in order to continue with it as shown below you’re required to pay $1,997:

My Ecom Club Costs

But in my opinion whilst the training does teach a legitimate method for making money (called dropshipping), $1,997 is a heck of a lot of money for a program in which 85% make less than $500 with it.

That’s what they state in their disclaimer anyway:

And to be honest whilst the method of dropshipping is indeed legitimate, as far as I’m concerned there are many better ways to make money online since dropshipping contains a lot of risk & requires a pretty large budget.

One of the alternatives that I highly recommend is something called affiliate marketing.

The reason I recommend that over dropshipping is because it gives you a lot more flexibility, you can get started with it for free at Wealthy Affiliate, and it doesn’t require sourcing suppliers, handling sales or dealing with customers.

You see with dropshipping you have to find suppliers, then you list the products for sale & once they sell you have the suppliers ship the product directly to the customer – that’s how the whole thing works.

The benefits are that you don’t need to hold stock & you don’t need to spend money until you make money…

But the downsides are that generally ecommerce businesses are very difficult/costly to market – and that you could end up out of pocket in the instance that your supplier ships late/doesn’t ship & the customers request refunds.

You’ll have paid the supplier for the products, and then you’ll have to pay the refunds out of your own pocket too… Not cool!

Affiliate Marketing Is Better, Hands-Down

With affiliate marketing you don’t need to mess around finding suppliers or dealing with sales – heck you don’t even have to talk to anybody at all if you don’t want too… Plus you get to leverage the reputation of existing brands.

You see affiliate marketing just involves you connecting people with the products that they’re looking for & getting paid commissions in return.

So as an example you could sign up as an affiliate of a company like Amazon & if you did then you’d get a unique link to each of their products which you could share – then if somebody clicked the link & made a purchase, you’d get paid a commission.

Here’s a visual example of how it works:

Affiliate Marketing Explained

As an example I once purchased a torch online & it was a great torch so I wrote a review about it. Then at the end of my review I said “oh by the way, if you want to buy it too click here” hyperlinking the words click here with my affiliate link… And to this day I am still making sales all from that one review.

People read the review & decide they also want the torch – and each time somebody buys it, I get paid.

You can read how I actually make $10k/mo with affiliate marketing here, or alternatively you could just join Wealthy Affiliate for free & learn how to get started doing the exact same thing for yourself.

But hopefully you can see how affiliate marketing is way better than dropshipping. ?

And now back onto the Kid Fortunes system…

Is Kid Fortunes a Scam?

Well yes, in my opinion it is a scam – and the reason I say that (even though it does ultimately give you access to some training) is because I feel the whole thing is extremely misleading & primarily just focused on taking as much cash from you as possible.

As far as I’m concerned it seems the actually helping YOU to make money is just an afterthought, and that the main intention of the whole thing is just to make its creator wealthy at your expense instead.

Plus couple all of that with the fact that the whole thing costs thousands of dollars & yet 85% of people who purchase it go on to make less than $500 & I think it’s pretty easy to see why it should be avoided… But just in case it isn’t, it’s safe to say that I personally WON’T be recommending it to you.

Instead like I mentioned earlier in this review of Kid Fortunes if you truly want to find good success online & make good money then you should just stick with a legitimate & proven platform like Wealthy Affiliate.

Or alternatively you could also check out my other top picks for making money online here too.

But whatever you decide to do I just hope that my honest review here has given you a good insight into how the whole thing really works & more importantly I also hope that it’s helped you to save some cash. If you do happen to still have any further comments or questions though then don’t hesitate to leave them below & as always I’ll do my best to respond to you as quickly as possible.

A Better Alternative

The sad truth is that unfortunately most of the programs promising to help you make money online are scams. I can say that confidently after exposing over 500+ of them here on this blog.

But the good news is that even though most of them are indeed scams, there are actually some very good programs in amongst them - some programs that can truly help you to earn money.

And out of all of the legit programs I've seen, the one I would recommend the most to anybody looking to get started online is Commission Academy. In my own opinion, that's the best place to start.

At Commission Academy, you'll be provided with everything you need (including the training & tools) to begin earning real money by promoting products or services for companies like Amazon online.

The best part is that there's literally no limit on the amount you can earn with it & the process is pretty simple which means that it's absolutely perfect for people that don't have much experience.

Some wealthy affiliates even earn as much as 5-figures per month... Or more!

Amazon Earnings Example

I mean don't get me wrong, that kind of money won't just fall into your lap without doing any work... But the harder you're willing to work at it, the more you stand to earn with it.

So if you're looking to get started but don't know which route you should go down or which program you should join (and don't want to waste money on bogus things that don't actually work), then I'd highly recommend checking out Commission Academy first. You can learn more about it here.
